An old final exam (Winter 2003)

Keep in mind that there was far less time on Object-Oriented concepts because of the time spent covering the material on parsing and C/Procedural programming: [Adobe acrobat/PDF file] [selected solutions to the exam]

Exam composition (based the near-final version of the exam)

• Multiple choice questions: ~16 questions at 1 mark each

• Short answer code traces: 2 questions totaling ~20 marks

• Short answer theory/conceptual questions: 2 questions totaling ~11 marks

• Short answer code writing: 3 questions totaling ~8 mark

The exam will be cumulative but with an emphasis on the material after the midterm.
