Multiple choice questions 13 questions ~20% of the total exam marks
Written questions 6 questions ~80% of the total exam marks  
  Questions that involving program code to be written ~62% of the total exam marks  
    Question 1: ~11%
    Question 2: ~17%

    Question 4: ~11%
  Questions requiring you to trace program code ~10 of the total exam marks

  Questions asking you to describe concepts ~6% of the total exam marks

       1 These values are based on a near-final version of your final exam. The exact weightings may vary slightly off these listed values.

Composition of the final exam:

The final exam will include material from the start of the term but the focus will be on the material subsequent to the midterm.   Since many questions will be drawn from different sections (e.g., you have to write a function that involves a list) I won't be able to give you an approximate breakdown by lecture topic like I did with the midterm exam.
