CPSC 599/601 Topics in Quantum Computing

There are two main courses on quantum computing: CSPC 519/619 and CSPC 599/601.

CSPC 519/619 provides an introduction to quantum computing.

CPSC 599/601 Topics in Quantum Computing is an advanced course that assumes CPSC 519/619. This course is for students who have completed CPSC 519/619 and would like to go further. It covers advanced material and recent research. Whenever possible, the course is offered in the semester following the semester in which CPSC 519/619 is offered.

Course enrolment in CPSC 599/601 requires approval. Please contact me if you are interested in taking the course and you have taken, or will be taking, CPSC 519/619 or an equivalent course.

CPSC 599/601 Topics in quantum computing is not a suitable course if you have not taken CPSC 519/619 prior to it.
