The instructor for this offering of CPSC 441 is Carey Williamson.

I am a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Calgary. My research interests include computer networks and computer systems performance evaluation. I am currently supervising several graduate students within the Networks Research Group, as well as a few CPSC 502/503 projects.

My office is ICT 736, on the 7th floor of the ICT building. I will plan to be there during CPSC 441 office hours each week.

My scheduled (in-person) office hours for CPSC 441 are Monday 1:00pm to 3:00pm. I will also try to be available for Zoom office hours between 11:30am and 1:00pm on Mondays, with priority given to supporting remote students at that time. The meeting ID and password are provided in D2L. Meetings (physical or virtual) at other times can also be arranged, by appointment. I am also pretty good at responding to emails. Really!
