- To ensure you get credit for this feature you
MUST use the specified names with some unique text in each
sub-document and employ the master document feature of Word (JT's
resource file describing master documents work): Create a
new document called "master" which contains two sub-documents called
"sub-document1" and "sub-document2". To make it easier to for your
marker to determine you have done this successfully sub-document1
must contain some distinctive text "Ai caramba! - Bart Simpson
from The Simpsons" and sub-document2 must contain
some distinctive text "Aye, sir. The more they overthink the
plumbing, the easier it is to stop up the drain. - Scotty from Star
Trek III". If you wish, you can even copy and paste the
required text from the assignment description right into the
appropriate document. JT's tip: you may find it easier to see what's
happening and what text goes into what document if you first create
the sub-documents and then 'insert' (view->outline->show
document->insert) the sub-documents into the master document.
However you will still get credit if you complete the assignment by
'creating' (view->outline->show document->create) the sub-documents
via the master the document. You won't get any credit for this
feature however if you just create one document. (1.0 grade point )
