      <description>&lt;p&gt;Drinfeld modules—the function field counterpart to elliptic curves—do not have&#xA;points, in the traditional sense. But we&amp;rsquo;re going to count them anyway! The&#xA;first methods achieving this were inspired by classical elliptic curve&#xA;arithmetics; we will instead explore an algorithm that is based on so-called&#xA;Anderson motives (joint work with X. Caruso).&lt;/p&gt;</description>
